We are currently only shipping within the continental United States of America.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track My Order button under the Customer Center dropdown menu on the top panel to track your order. Just have your order number and email address handy and you’re good to go! Alternatively, visit the following link: https://greenenvysupply.com/track-my-order

How do I cancel or change my order?

All orders that need to be canceled or modified must be done so by calling 1-866-GRN-ENVY or sending an email to sales@greenenvysupply.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once orders are shipped it is too late to cancel or change. We will respond with a confirmation email within 24 hours.

How can I return and/or replace a product?

Whatever the problem is we are sure we can fix it! Our return process is quick and easy. Just email us at sales@greenenvysupply.com with a picture of the product, if defective, and a brief description of the problem and we will get a new one out to you ASAP.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders placed before noon will be processed the same business day. 2-day expedited shipping is available. Standard shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. We pride ourselves on timely shipping which is why we only use reliable carriers such as FEDEX, UPS and USPS.

What shipping methods are available?

We provide FREE Standard Ground shipping for all orders $50 or more in value. Optional 2 Day Expedited shipping is also available for an extra charge.

Do you provide any warranty?

Most of our products come with a minimum of one year manufacturers warranty if not longer.

Do you have replacement guarantee?

Our policy states that you have 48 hours upon receiving a damaged or defective product to report it damaged or defective. All issues must be submitted to sales@greenenvysupply.com. Please send a picture of the damaged or defective product along with a brief description and a replacement product will be sent ASAP.
